How do you inspire generosity?

Everence® and Lake Institute on Faith & Giving invite you and your ministry teams to participate in a seminar experience that could change the way you and your congregation approach giving and generosity.

Cultivating Generous Congregations is a one-day interactive seminar, demonstrating how pastors and ministry leaders can unearth and energize congregational generosity by exploring the significant and necessary steps to creating lasting cultural change within a congregation.

This course is intended for those who:
• Believe in their congregation’s capacity for greater generosity;
• Have a desire to become more comfortable with money;
• Are willing to redefine giving in their congregation; and
• Understand giving to include service, social networks and the sharing of ideas and professional expertise.

Presenter
Beryl Jantzi, Everence Stewardship Education Director, has more than 20 years of pastoral experience in leading four different churches in Pennsylvania and Virginia. Beryl has also served as moderator for the Virginia Mennonite Conference. He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo in Ontario with a degree in religious studies, and earned a M.Div. degree from Eastern Mennonite Seminary and a doctorate of ministry from Lancaster (Pa.) Theological Seminary.

Registration
Registration fee for the seminar is $50 per ministry team (up to 8 individuals). This fee includes a participant workbook, lunch and snack breaks. Space is limited, please RSVP as soon as possible.
