An ordained minister in the Church of God (Anderson, IN), Randy’s ministry experience includes that of Associate Pastor at the First Church of God in Hamilton, Ohio, and Senior Pastor of turnaround churches First Church of God in Germantown, Ohio, and Maiden Lane Church of God in Springfield, Ohio. In May 2006, Randy became the 8th Director of Ministries. In this capacity he provides resourcing for the 220 congregations and almost 600 ministers of the Church of God in Ohio. He is responsible for spearheading and developing Ohio’s emphasis on consulting with churches and coaching pastors who desire to turn around or move to the next level in ministry. Randy has a passion to see the church and her ministers reach their full potential in Christ and thus maximize the stewardship of their lives and ministry. To this end, he feels God has called him to spend the rest of his ministry assisting pastors and Church of God congregations fulfill their God-given call and commission. Randy and his wife Pam have two grown children and four grandchildren. |

An ordained minister in the Church of God (Anderson, IN), Esther’s ministry experience includes partnering with her husband Chris to serve as Co-Pastors at the Southside Church of God in Muncie, Indiana, Associate Pastor at the Barberton Church of God in Barberton, Ohio, Associate Director of Christian Education at Ohio Ministries, Associate Pastor at the Ansonia, Ohio First Church of God, as well as serving as a chaplain in Hospice. In February 2007, Esther joined the Ohio Ministries staff as the Associate Director, with emphasis in church multiplication, developing the next generation of leaders, and coaching pastors and congregations to health and growth. Esther and her husband Chris have two grown sons, Nathan and Aaron. |

Bob joined the Ohio Ministries staff as Director of Finance in 2007. He comes with thirty years of financial experience in the manufacturing and distribution industries, serving as Controller, Vice President of Finance, and Chief Financial Officer. In the community, he has served as Board of Director member of the Chamber of Commerce and member of the Development Council for Grady Hospital, both in Delaware County. He is a member of Institute of Management Accountants, Inc. Bob has served at Columbus West Church of God, Columbus, Ohio, as Treasurer and Board of Trustees member; at Meadow Park Church of God, Columbus, Ohio, as member of the Board of Finance, Treasurer, Youth Board, Visioning Task Force of the Children’s Center, and Chairman of the Board of Staff Relations. In addition to managing the finances of Ohio Ministries, Bob gives encouragement, assistance and training to congregations in the areas of financial planning and bookkeeping. Bob and his wife Glenna have three grown children and three grandchildren. |

Marty joined the Ohio Ministries team in October, 2011. An ordained minister in the Church of God (Anderson, IN), Marty served as Pastor of Grace Community Church of God in Marysville, Ohio. In addition to working with Ohio Ministries, Marty is a chaplain in Hospice and an adjunct instructor of Theology and Biblical Studies with Indiana Wesleyan University. She is called to help the church grow relationally through pastoral, congregational, and intercultural connectivity. Marty and her husband Darrell have a daughter Julia, and a son and daughter-in-law Ben and Julie. |

Karina came to Ohio Ministries in September, 2011. She is a Licensed Medical Massage Therapist and is currently working towards her BA in Religion and Biblical studies through Liberty University. She and her husband Kyl are passionate about sharing their faith authentically and are invested in ministry at the Ohio Retreat Center. |
